We only accept lawful, clearly scoped requests. If you are unsure whether a request is appropriate, describe the legitimate business or personal purpose and we will assess it. We may decline any request at our discretion.
We do not assist with
Illegal activity or evasion

- Bypassing laws, sanctions, customs, export controls, platform rules, taxes, permits, licensing or regulatory requirements.
- Concealing ownership, value, origin, contents or destination of goods or funds.
Restricted, dangerous or controlled items
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances, weapons, ammunition, explosives, hazardous materials or items requiring a licence or approval that has not been verified.

Financial, legal and government matters

Privacy, safety and misuse
- Surveillance, stalking, locating, photographing or collecting personal information about someone without a lawful basis and appropriate consent.
- Accessing private premises, devices, accounts, messages, records or systems without clear authorisation.
- Tasks that create an unreasonable safety risk to a client, third party or team member.
Medical and clinical matters
- Medical diagnosis, treatment advice, prescribing, interpretation of results, emergency response or any clinical decision.
- Obtaining, transporting or arranging controlled medicines outside lawful procedures.
- Guaranteeing an appointment, treatment outcome, diagnosis, hospital admission or visa result.
How we assess a request
We may ask questions about the purpose, goods, location, participants, documents and intended outcome. We may request proof of authority or decline a task where the information is incomplete, inconsistent, unsafe or potentially unlawful. Acceptance of a request does not mean we have verified every third-party claim or legal requirement.
If a request becomes problematic
We may pause, refuse or stop work if we reasonably believe a request breaches this policy, applicable law, a carrier rule, an agreement or a safety requirement. We may preserve records or report information when legally required. Fees and third-party costs already incurred may remain payable under the task confirmation.
